THWAITES 3 TONNE DUMPER

This dumper was brought to us in a non-functioning state, prompting us to completely dismantle it. We proceeded to remove and refurbish the engine, ensuring it was in optimal condition. Additionally, we subjected the entire machine to a shot blasting process, stripping it down to bare metal before repainting it. Carefully reassembling and thoroughly testing all the components, we guarantee that they are fully prepared for operation. Once the necessary repairs and refurbishments were completed, we sent the dumper back out into the world, ready to embark on a new lease of life.

WINGET 150T DIESEL CEMENT MIXER

One of our customers recently purchased a refurbished Winget 150T cement mixer and requested that we paint it in their preferred colours. We happily agreed to fulfill their request without any issue. At our facility, we carefully prepared the mixer for painting, ensuring that the surface was clean and smooth. Our skilled technicians skillfully applied the customer's chosen colors, creating a vibrant and appealing look for the mixer.

After the paint had dried, we conducted a thorough inspection to ensure the quality of the workmanship. The refurbished mixer now showcases the customer's colors, making it unique and perfectly suited to their preferences. We take pride in our ability to meet our customers' specific requests and provide them with excellent products tailored to their needs.

wINGET 200T DIESEL CEMENT MIXER

This Winget mixer was sold locally to a customer who had inquired about our reconditioned mixers. He specifically requested the largest one that Winget offers.

We embarked on a thorough process of completely stripping it down to the bare metal and then installing and repurposing the machine. Throughout this process, we diligently fitted new genuine parts to ensure that it met our high standards.

Additionally, the Yanmar L48 diesel engine underwent a full refurbishment, and we also installed a new battery and electrics. These measures were taken to ensure that this mixer will last for a long time, providing our customer with reliable performance and keeping him going for years to come.

BOMAG BPR18/45 PETROL PLATE COMPACTOR

A customer recently came to us with a request to refurbish their Bomag plate compactors. We took apart the machines and carefully evaluated their condition. After the appraisal, we proceeded to paint and fit new parts, giving them a fresh and renewed appearance. To enhance their performance, we also installed new Loncin petrol engines. Our team worked diligently to ensure that these compactors were restored to their optimal state, providing the customer with equipment that is as good as new. With our expertise in refurbishment and attention to detail, we were able to bring these plate compactors back to life, guaranteeing their extended usage and effectiveness in various construction projects.

This project was quite unique and challenging for us. A customer approached us one day with a request to paint a phone box that he planned to transform into an outdoor toilet. The phone box was in a poor condition, with two cracked side panels. After carefully inspecting the overall quality of the box, we began the restoration process. Welding the cracks was not easy, considering it was made of cast iron. Once the welding was complete, we applied an undercoat and then painted it with the authentic phone box colour known as "currant red". Despite the difficulties, we were able to successfully restore the phone box and transform it into something which the customer desired it would be.
